This note explains what GKZ Labs does with the details you share. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who we are

GKZ Labs is an AI-visibility practice and a practice of GKZ Solutions, a company registered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. GKZ Solutions is the invoicing entity. You can reach a person at hello@gkzlabs.com.

What we collect

When you request a free check, we collect your name, work email, business name, website, and anything you choose to tell us about what to check. That's it. We don't use tracking cookies, and we don't build advertising profiles.

We use privacy-respecting Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal data.

How we use it

We use your details only to prepare your finding, send it to you, and follow up if you ask us to. Your request is delivered to us by email through Cloudflare and Resend, our email provider. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it beyond the tools needed to reach you.

How long we keep it

We keep your request while we prepare your finding and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Ask us to delete it at hello@gkzlabs.com and we will.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you at any time. Write to hello@gkzlabs.com.
